What it does
Five tools from the UCP MCP binding
create_checkout, get_checkout, update_checkout, complete_checkout and cancel_checkout, following UCP spec 2026-08-25.
One checkout, two transports
All logic lives in UCP Checkout. REST and MCP give the same answers and share sessions, so an agent can start over REST and finish over MCP.
Same safety rules
Idempotency keys, the agent profile in meta, live shipping rates, and the handoff through continue_url — the buyer always pays on your checkout.
Set Transport → MCP Endpoint URL in the UCP settings to your /mcp address, so the profile advertises MCP next to REST.

- How is it different from MCP Checkout?
- MCP Checkout places guest orders with server-side limits and pay-by-link. This module follows the UCP model, where the buyer pays on your checkout.
- Does it have its own settings?
- No. Limits, session lifetime and legal links come from UCP Checkout.
