Module compatibility matrix

Every angeo module, its latest version, and the Magento and PHP versions it declares support for. Constraints are read from each package’s composer.json, not from a hand-maintained list. If a constraint here disagrees with what Composer does, the constraint in the package is the truth and this page is stale.

Checked on 11 September 2026. Latest versions are the ones published on Packagist; constraints are read from composer.json at that version. The Magento range is derived from all declared magento/* constraints, not only magento/framework: framework 103.0.x and module-catalog 104.0.x both correspond to Magento 2.4.x.

The matrix

ModuleLatestMagentoPHPRequiresPHP extensions
aeo-audit 4.2.2 2.4.x 8.2 – 8.4 — —
aeo-brand-visibility 4.0.0 2.4.x 8.2 – 8.4 aeo-audit ^3.0 || ^4.0 —
ai-description-updater 1.1.0 not declared 8.2+ — —
llms-txt 4.3.0 2.4.x 8.2 – 8.5 — json, mbstring
mcp-server 2.2.1 2.4.6+ 8.1 – 8.4 — —
mcp-checkout 2.1.2 2.4.6 – 2.4.x 8.1 – 8.4 mcp-server ^2.2 —
openai-product-feed 2.1.0 not declared 8.1+ MSI (magento/module-inventory-sales-api) —
openai-product-feed-api 2.0.1 not declared 8.1+ openai-product-feed ^2.0 —
rich-data 2.0.0 2.4.x 8.2 – 8.5 — —
robots-txt-aeo 4.0.0 2.4.x 8.2 – 8.5 — json, sodium
ucp 2.1.0 2.4.x 8.2+ — curl, json, openssl
ucp-catalog 2.1.0 2.4.6+ 8.2 – 8.4 ucp ^2.1 json, mbstring

Scroll the table horizontally on narrow screens.

“8.2+” means the package declares no upper PHP limit. Composer will install it on newer PHP versions, but they have not necessarily been tested.

Retired: angeo/module-openai-instant-checkout is marked as abandoned on Packagist and is no longer listed here. OpenAI moved away from checkout inside ChatGPT in 2026. The suggested replacement is mcp-checkout.

The constraints that decide the whole install

Composer installs only what fits every constraint at once, so the narrowest module in a set decides what the store can run.

PHP 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4 run every module. The edges are narrower:

  • PHP 8.1: only mcp-server, mcp-checkout, openai-product-feed and openai-product-feed-api install. Everything else now requires 8.2.
  • PHP 8.5: aeo-audit, aeo-brand-visibility, mcp-server, mcp-checkout and ucp-catalog stop at 8.4.

Magento 2.4.6 or later runs every module. Three modules require it: mcp-server, mcp-checkout and ucp-catalog. On 2.4.0 – 2.4.5 everything else installs. mcp-checkout also caps below the next major framework version, so it installs on 2.4.x only.

No module supports Magento 2.3 any more. llms-txt still declares magento/framework >=102.0, but it also requires magento/module-catalog >=104.0, which exists only from 2.4.0.

openai-product-feed needs Multi-Source Inventory. It requires magento/module-inventory-sales-api, so it will not install on a store that removed the MSI modules. openai-product-feed-api inherits this through its dependency.

Practical reading: a store on Magento 2.4.6+ with PHP 8.2, 8.3 or 8.4 and MSI enabled can run the whole suite.

Dependency chains

Four modules depend on another angeo package. Composer installs these automatically, but the chain matters when you pin versions or plan an upgrade:

aeo-brand-visibility     →  aeo-audit ^3.0 || ^4.0
mcp-checkout → mcp-server ^2.2
openai-product-feed-api → openai-product-feed ^2.0
ucp-catalog → ucp ^2.1

Everything else is standalone. The suggest entries in each package are recommendations, not requirements: Composer does not install them, and nothing breaks without them.

Installing

All packages are MIT licensed and published on Packagist under the angeo/ namespace.

# A single module
composer require angeo/module-llms-txt
bin/magento module:enable Angeo_LlmsTxt
bin/magento setup:upgrade

# The readability layer — a sensible starting point
composer require angeo/module-robots-txt-aeo \
                 angeo/module-llms-txt \
                 angeo/module-rich-data \
                 angeo/module-aeo-audit
bin/magento setup:upgrade

# Check what Composer would actually resolve for your store
composer why-not angeo/module-ucp-catalog 2.1.0

Questions

Which PHP version runs the whole suite?

PHP 8.2, 8.3 or 8.4. On PHP 8.1 only the MCP and product feed modules install, and on PHP 8.5 aeo-audit, aeo-brand-visibility, the MCP modules and ucp-catalog do not.

Which Magento version runs the whole suite?

Magento 2.4.6 or later. Three modules require it: mcp-server, mcp-checkout and ucp-catalog. On earlier 2.4 releases the other modules still install. No module supports Magento 2.3.

Do these work on Adobe Commerce as well as Magento Open Source?

Yes. The constraints are on magento/framework and magento/module-* packages that both editions share, and no module depends on a Commerce-only package.

Why do some rows say the Magento version is not declared?

openai-product-feed, openai-product-feed-api and ai-description-updater currently accept any magento/framework version, so Composer will not stop them installing on a version they were never tested against. Treat them as 2.4.x in practice.

What happened to openai-instant-checkout?

It is abandoned. OpenAI moved away from checkout inside ChatGPT in 2026, so the module implemented a flow that ordinary merchants can no longer use. The suggested replacement is mcp-checkout.

Is this list generated or maintained by hand?

The values are read from each published package and checked against Packagist on the date at the top. The package itself is always authoritative; this page is a convenience view of it.
